Ooh, shiny! I've always wanted a bucket of plaid paint!

Courtesy of the MIT Media Lab, it's a "paintbrush" that samples real world objects (like the eyedropper tool in Photoshop), and lets you paint on a video wall with it.
BTW, it doesn't just sample the color. It also samples texture, and if the object is moving then it captures the motion as an animated sample.
